        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to reopen the Contempt
   Case on the files of this Honourable Court in the interest of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 24/11/2020 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.T.R. RAJEEV,
   Advocate for the petitioner in IA/COC,GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the
   respondent in IA/COC the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Contempt Case is re-opened as it is pointed out by the learned

counsel for the petitioner that though Government Order has been issued,

no post was created. The learned Government Pleader is directed to get

compliance report regarding creation of the post by next posting.
