                             ORDER

Dated this the 7th day of April, 2022

This transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the

Code of Civil Procedure.

2. In this case, the petitioner, who is the wife of the

respondent, seeks transfer of O.P.461/2021 pending before the

Family Court, Muvattupuzha to the Family Court, Thiruvalla

highlighting her convenience.

3. The other side conceded the transfer.

In the result, this petition is allowed. O.P.461/2021 pending

before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha shall stand transferred to

the Family Court, Thiruvalla. Family Court Muvattupuzha is

directed to forward the case records to the Family Court,

Thiruvalla, forthwith. Parties shall appear before the Family

Court, Thiruvalla on 22.04.2022.

Registry shall forward a copy of this order to the Family

courts concerned, within two weeks, for information and

compliance.
