                         JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks that Ext.P4 Appeal preferred by the

3rd respondent, wherein she is a party, be directed to be taken

up and disposed of by the 1 st respondent - Revenue Divisional

Officer (RDO), within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. However, the learned Senior Government Pleader -

Smt.Mable C. Kurian, submitted that this Writ Petition is

unnecessary because the 1st respondent will certainly dispose of

Ext.P4 as per law without any avoidable delay. She submitted

that if at all any time frame is to be fixed, this Court may

grant the 1st respondent a minimum of three months.

Taking note of the afore submissions and recording the

same, I order this Writ Petition, directing the 1st respondent -

Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P4 Statutory Appeal preferred by the 3rd respondent, after

following due procedure and after hearing both sides, as

expeditiously as is possible but not later than three months WPC 12862/22

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
