                  Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
         affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
         operation of the judgment and decree dated 23.10.2020 in
         AS.No.66/2018 before the Sub Court, Pala setting aside the
         judgment and decree dated 31.08.2018 in OS.No.196/2015 before the
         Munsiff Court, Kanjirappally, pending disposal of the Regular
         Second Appeal.
                  This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing
         the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and
         this Court's order dated 29.06.2021 and upon hearing the arguments
