                           JUDGMENT

On a complaint filed by the petitioners,

proceedings have been initiated by the first respondent

against the second respondent in terms of Section 22 of

the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable

Societies Registration Act, 1955. Ext.P3 is the notice issued

by the first respondent to the President of the second

respondent. The grievance voiced by the petitioners in the

writ petition concerns the delay on the part of the first

respondent in concluding the proceedings. The petitioners,

therefore, seek appropriate directions in this regard in the

writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioners as also the learned Government Pleader.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of

the case, especially the fact that proceedings have already W.P.(C) No.20580 of 2021 ..4..

been initiated on the complaint filed by the petitioners,

I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition

directing the first respondent to conclude the proceedings

initiated in terms of Ext.P3, within three months. Ordered

accordingly.
