                             J U D G M E N T

The first petitioner is the holder of a regular

stage carriage permit which is valid up to 02.08.2024.

The petitioners have filed joint application for

transfer of the permit in the name of the second

petitioner. The petitioners seek for an expeditious

consideration of the application.

2. The writ petition is disposed of directing the

first respondent to consider Ext.P2 application and pass

orders thereon as expeditiously as possible and at any

rate within two months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment. In the wake of the Covid

pandemic, it shall be open to have the application

considered by circulation in terms of Rule 130 of the

Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules.
