                          J U D G M E N T

The first petitioner is the holder of a regular

permit. He along with the second petitioner has

submitted Ext.P2 joint application for transfer of

permit to the second respondent. Petitioners seek for an

expeditious consideration of the application.

2. Without expressing anything on the merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents

to consider Ext.P2 joint application submitted by the

petitioners as expeditiously as possible and at any rate

within a period of two months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment. It shall be open for the

respondents to consider the application even by

circulation in terms of Rule 130 of the Kerala Motor

Vehicle Rules.
