        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the Judgment dated 18/02/2021 in O.P.No.412/2020
   on the file of the Family court, Ettumanoor, in the interest of justice.

   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
