        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order to
   stay all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated
   24.10.2019 in AS.NO.48/2017 of the Subordinate judge's Court, Pala,
   pending disposal of the above appeal, to meet the ends of justice.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 11.02.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of P.C.HARIDAS,
   Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the following:
