Addl. P2 to P6, being the legal heirs of deceased Revision
Petitioner (P1), are impleaded as per order dated 13-09-2021 in IA 2/2021
in RCR 67/2021.

Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to issue an order
staying the operation of the judgment dated 12-03-2020 passed in R.C.A No.
20 of 2010, on the files of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Thrissur
which arises from R.C.P No 19 of 2007, on the files of the Rent control
Court, Thrissur, till the disposal of revision petition filed herewith.
This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
order dated 13-08-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.

This is an application filed by the petitioners seeking an order
to get themselves impleaded in the revision as additional petitioners
2 to 6, being the legal heirs of the deceased revision petitioner.
I.A. Allowed as prayed for.
Registry to carry out necessary corrections in the cause title.
I.A.No.1 of 2021
Interim order is extended for a period of three months, on
condition that the petitioner-tenant shall pay arrears of rent as on
date, within a period of one month, and shall continue to pay
monthly rent for the subsequent period, without any default, during
the pendency of this revision.
