        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment dated 03-01-2020 of the
   learned Sub Judge,Kochi in AS No.26/2018, subject to the result of the
   regular Second Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners /appellants. All further proceedings pursuant dto the judgment and decree dated 03.01.2020 of the Sub Court, Kochi in AS No. 26/2018 stand stayed for a period of three months.
