  Rent Control Court (Principal), Palakkad which is confirmed by the judgment
  dated 30-11-2020 passed in RCA No. 13/2020 on the file of Additional Rent
  Control Appellate Authority- V, Palakkad, pending disposal of the above rent
  control revision petition.



       This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
  application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
  order dated 6.9.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S SAJAN VARGHEESE
