   with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass an order staying the operation of Ext P22
   Judgment dated 16-11-2020 in C.M.A No. 39 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District
   Court- I, Kottayam thereby allowing Exhibit P5 order dated 11-02-2020 in I.A No. 3632 of 2019
   in O.S No. 554 of 2019 on the file of the Munsiff's Court, Thiruvalla to operate pending
   disposal of the above Original Petition.

          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit
   filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated 09-08-2021 and        upon hearing the
