        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment dated 17.12.2016 passed in OP(Ele) 275/2010, on the file
   of the Addl. District Judge VI, Kollam till the disposal of the above case
   in the interest of justice.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 09/04/2021 upon hearing the arguments of SRI.E.M.MURUGAN,
   Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.ARUN BABU, Advocate for the
   respondent 1, the court passed the following:
