                             JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner

submitted that, as submitted on the last occasion, Rs.One lakh has

been paid and received by the petitioner. This is recorded.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that, a

further sum of Rs.2,58,629/- is due, which will be paid in three

installments of Rs.One lakh each for two succeeding months and the

balance amount in the third month. First installment of Rs.One Lakh

shall be paid on or before 27.09.2021 and the remaining amount shall

be paid on or before 27 th of succeeding month without default. This

undertaking is recorded and the contempt case is closed, reserving the

right of the petitioner to file a memo in this contempt case to revive

the contempt case in case of default. If such memo is filed, Registry

shall put up the contempt case for further instruction.

Accordingly, contempt case is closed.
