        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings to execute the decree and judgment 07.08.2020 in
   AS.No.240/2017 of the Addl.District Judge's Court-I, Kottayam, till the
   disposal of the Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 04.06.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.T.R.HARIKUMAR, SRI.ADITHYA RAJEEV, Advocates for the petitioners, the
   court passed the following:
