          REPRESENTED BY ITS DULY AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:

          VENUGOPAL R., AGED 51 YEARS, S/O. RAMACHANDRA REDDYAR, RESIDING AT
          BALAJI KRIPALAYAM, TEMPLE ROAD, THIRUNAKKARA KARA, KOTTAYAM VILLAGE,
          KOTTAYAM TALUK, KOTTAYAM DISTRICT-PIN-686 001.

         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment dated 29.10.2018 in RCA No.3/2015 on the files of the
   Additional Rent Control Appellate Authority-II, Kottayam (confirming the
   order dated 10.2.2014 in RCP No.12/2012 on the file of the Additional Rent
   Control Court, Kottayam) pending the above revision.

        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 18.2.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
   M.GOPIKRISHNAN NAMBIAR, JOSON MANAVALAN, K.JOHN MATHAI, KURYAN THOMAS &
   PAULOSE C. ABRAHAM, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.RAJEEV P. NAIR
   & REJI GEORGE,(Caveator) for the respondent, the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

Interim order is extended for a period of two months.
