        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an interim
   order of staying the operation of the judgment and decree in AS.No.48 of
   2014 dated 12.08.2020 on the file of the Addl.District Court-I,
   Mavelikkara pending consideration of the above appal in the intrest of
   justice.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 26.02.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.G.SREEKUMAR
