IN WP(C).22520/2019

                                   JUDGMENT

Dated this the 3rd day of September,2021

This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner complaining that the

directives contained in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.22520 of 2019 dated 18 th

September, 2019 are not complied with.

2. Admittedly there was delay in complying with the directions contained

in the judgment. However, due to certain changed circumstances, interim

orders were passed by this Court on various dates.

3. Today when the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for

the respondent submitted that in accordance with the directions contained in

the judgment necessary corrections are carried out by the Central Board of

Secondary Education in the certificates of the contempt petitioner and the

order is ready for despatch.

4. Taking into account the said aspect and present situation of COVID-19

pandemic, I think it is only appropriate that the contempt petition is closed,

leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to re-open the same, if situation

warrants.

Therefore, the contempt petition is closed, in view of the submission

made my the learned counsel for respondent as above, leaving open the

IN WP(C).22520/2019

liberty of the petitioner to re-open the proceedings, if situation warrants.
