        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an ad interim direction to the respondents and their
   subordinates refrain from interfering in any manner with the peaceful
   cultivation and enjoyment and possession of the 1.50 acres in Sy.No.60/4
   in Block No.15 of Mundoor I Village referred to in Exhibit P1 and P2,
   pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S M.C.JOHN Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the
