                                JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court alleging that the 5 th

respondent, who is her husband, is constantly harassing her.

2. I notice from the file that, on hearing the petitioner as

afore, a learned Judge of this Court issued an interim order on

05.08.2021, directing the 4th respondent to ensure that no physical

harm is caused to the petitioner from the 5th respondent.

3. When this matter was called today, Smt.Lisha.M.G,

appearing for the 5th respondent, submitted that allegations made

against her client are completely uncalled for and that he has not

caused any harassment nor has made any threat or intimidation to

the petitioner, who is his wife. She then added that, in fact, after

the interim order was issued by this Court, he voluntarily vacated

from their common residence and is now residing in a rented

premises.

4. The learned Government Pleader - Sri.E.C.Bineesh,

also affirms that there is no harassment now experienced by the

petitioner from the 5th respondent and that the police is keeping WP(C) NO. 15647 OF 2021

constant vigil.

In the afore circumstances, I order this writ petition,

recording the afore submissions of Smt.Lisha.M.G; and

consequently directing the 4th respondent - Station House Officer,

to act as and when any complaint is received by him from the

petitioner, with respect to any threat or intimidation faced by her

from any person or source, including the 5th respondent.
