        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order
   staying the operation of judgement dated 30.01.2020 in AS No.64 of 2019 of
   Sub Court,Chengannur which has arisen from judgment dated 29.01.2019 in OS
   No.241 of 2015 of Munsiff's Court, Chengannur and all further proceedings
   in the EP No.22 of 2019 in OS No. 241 of 2015 before Munsiff's Court
   Chengannur,pending disposal of the above RSA.



        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 12.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.JACOB.P.ALEX,JOSEPH.P.ALEX AND MANU SANKAR.P, Advocates for the
   petitioner and of M/S.K.M.ANEESH and SHASHANK DEVAN, Advocates for the
   Respondent, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Interim order stands extended for a period of four months.
