          NANNIYODE, PACHA, NEDUMANGAD, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM DISTRICT.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:

          VIJAYANDAS, S/O.ARJUNAN, TC 10/1023 (7), THULASINANDANAM, EDAKULAM,
          BHAGAVATHY NAGAR, PEROORKADA, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM-695 005.

        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the operation and execution of the decree and judgment of the Munsiff
   Court, Nedumangad dated 22.06.2015 in O.S.No.703/2012, pending disposal of
   the above Original Petition (C).
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   Sri.LATHEESH SEBASTIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the
   following:
                                        O R D E R

Admit.

Issue notice to the respondent through speed post. Alternatively, the petitioner is permitted to serve notice on the counsel appearing for the respondent before the court below and produce a memo regarding such service.

The execution proceedings in O.S.No.703/2012 of the Principal Munsiff Court, Nedumangad shall be deferred by one month.
