   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to Stay all further
   proceedings in execution of the impugned judgment dated 23.06.2017 in
   O.P.(MV) No. 245/2014 of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Palakkad
   pending disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
