Review Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to direct the 1st and the 2nd respondents to produce
the minor child Dhyan Nirmal before this Honourable Court and grant the
petitioner the interim custody of the minor, till the disposal of the
Review Petition.
This Review petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and this Court's judgment dated 08/04/2021 in OP(FC) No. 190/2021 & order
dated 06/10/2021 in RP No. 366/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of

We interacted with the parties. There is some
dispute in contacting the child. We, for the time being,
reschedule the contact rights of the father as follows:
2. Father is allowed to contact the child through Zoom
Video between 7 pm to 7.30 pm (German Time) on every
Friday and on every Saturday and Sunday between 11 am
to 12 pm (German Time).
3. The video link shall be shared through the
WhatsApp of the mother.
4.. We hope some sense prevail on mother as well
as father in regard to the welfare of the child by avoiding
all wrangling between them in regard to the contact
