        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   limit for a period of further one month from 13-10-2021 in the interest of
   justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 20-09-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for

This application has been filed to extend the time frame in the judgment for a period of one month from 13-10-2021. Since it is not opposed, same is allowed, even though the additional time frame sought has now expired.
