                                 JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking directions to the 3 rd respondent to

consider Ext.P9 representation submitted by the petitioner on 02.11.2021.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considered

the contentions advanced, I am of the opinion that the application is liable

to be considered by the 3rd respondent, in accordance with law, taking

note of the facts stated by the petitioner therein.

3. There will, accordingly, be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to take

up Ext.P9 representation submitted by the petitioner and to consider and

pass orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of three

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner

shall make available a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this

judgment before the 3rd respondent for compliance.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
