                             JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant filed a

memo dated 02.08.2021 stating that the dispute

between the parties has been settled out of

court and the respondent has vacated the

disputed premises.

2. In view of the above, the learned counsel for

the appellant submits that the appeal is not

pressed.

Resultantly, this appeal is dismissed as not

pressed. There would be no order as to costs.
