                                JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is a stage carriage operator,

seeks for revision of own timings. He is presently

operating with the timings settled on 19/10/2012. Due to

introduction of various other services on the route, it

has become necessary to seek for resettlement of

timings, is the contention. He has filed Ext.P1 seeking

revision of timings.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as

also the learned Senior Government Pleader.

Without expressing anything on the merits, I

dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent to

consider Ext.P1 application for revision of timings,

with due notice to the petitioner and other

affected/interested parties, as expeditiously as

possible and at any rate, within a period of two months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
