                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is a stage carriage operator,

seeks for revision of own timings. He is presently

operating with the timings settled on 08/08/2017. Due to

introduction of various other services on the route, it

has become necessary to seek for resettlement of

timings, is the contention. Petitioner seeks for an

expeditious consideration of Ext.P1 application filed

for the purpose.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as

also the learned Senior Government Pleader.

Without expressing anything on the merits, the writ

petition directing the respondent to consider Ext.P1

application for revision of timings, with due notice to

the petitioner and other affected/interested parties, as

expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a

WP(C) NO. 25291 OF 2021

period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy

of this judgment.
