The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

i) Call for the records leading to Exhibit P3 and may be pleased to quash the same.

ii. To pass any such or further orders as the petitioner may seek and this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant.

2. However, when the matter was taken up today, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter has become

infructuous. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
