        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
   of 11 days in the petition to extend time to pay balance amount to
   respondent in order to comply with direction an stipulated in the judgment
   in WP(C) No.18283/2021 dated 23-09-2021 in the interest of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
   dated 23-09-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.M.R.SARIN, Advocate
   for the petitioner in IA/WP(C) and STANDING COUNSEL ,for respondents in
   IA/WP(C) the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents.

Respondent bank has consented to extend the time for repayment as directed in the judgment dated 23-09-2021.

Therefore time granted for instalment shall stand extended by a further period of 2 months. No further extension shall be granted under any circumstances.
