Dated this the 25th day of November, 2021

By judgment dated 29.9.2020 in W.P.(c) No.

20224/2020 this Court directed the 5th respondent to consider

Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner on merits and to

take a decision in the matter after considering the satellite

photographs, within a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Pleader has filed a memo

producing the proceedings dated 12.10.2020 of the 5 th

respondent, wherein the application of the petitioner is also

seen considered. In such circumstances, there is substantial

compliance of the directions contained in the judgment.

Accordingly, the Cont. Case is closed, granting liberty to

the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the 5 th

respondent if the petitioner is so advised.
