                           J U D G M E N T

The petitioner who is a stage carriage operator,

seeks for revision of timings. The petitioner is

presently operating with the timings settled on

14.01.2004. There has been change of circumstances

including induction of other services necessitating

revision of timings and it is accordingly that the

petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application for revision of

timings, submits the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks for an expeditious consideration of

the application.

2. Heard.

3. Without expressing anything on the merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to

consider Ext.P2 application with due notice to the

petitioner and the affected/interested persons, as

expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a W. P. (C) No.24531 of 2021

period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy

of this judgment.
