        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extent the time
   limit prescribed in the judgment in WP(C) No.10416 of 2021 by a further
   period of Four months from 30-08-2021.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   judgment dated 11-05-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER for petitioner in IA/Respondent in WP(C), SRI.K.V.GOPINATHAN NAIR,
