        Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High
   Court be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the
   petitioner by judgment in S.C.No.250 of 2017 dated 30.10.2021 of the 1st
   Addl.Sessions Judge, Palakkad Division on such conditions as this Hon'ble
   Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and cirucmstances of the case
   and release the petitioner on bail disposal of the above Crl.Appeal.




        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
    upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.K.SANDEEP, VEENA HARIKUMAR, Advocates
   for the petitioner and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court
   passed the following:

                                           ORDER

Heard both sides.

The execution of sentence shall stand suspended on the appellant/petitioner executing a bond for Rs.30,000/- with two solvent sureties each for the like-sum to the satisfaction of the trial court and also on condition to desposit the fine amount within one month from today.
