                                  ORDER

This revision petition is filed challenging the

judgment dated 29.06.2013 in M.C.No.180 of 2013 on the

file of the Family Court, Chavara. The claim was filed

by the wife for maintenance under Section 125 of

Cr.P.C. The Family Court allowed the petition and

directed the respondent to pay maintenance at the rate

of Rs.5,000/- per month.

Today when the matter called up, the representing

counsel for the petitioner, Sri.Appu K.K., submits that

the matter is settled and he does not wish to proceed

with this case. The above submission is accepted and the

revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
