and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

Operation of the impugned judgment is stayed on

condition that the appellant shall furnish security for

the relief granted No.1. The appellant is further

restrained from transferring his right or interest in the

property mentioned in B schedule, pending this appeal.

Security shall be furnished within a period of two

months. It any property is under attachment, that can

also be furnished as security.
