        Original Petition (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the
   circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the
   High Court be pleased to stay the operation of Ext.P5 dated 10.3.2021
   passed in IA.2915/2019 and IA.2909/2019 in OP.1324/2017 by Family court,
   Kollam, pending disposal of this Original petition (F.C.).
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.R.MOHANA BABU & M.AJITH (KARICODE), Advocates for the petitioner
   and of SRI.SAJU J. PANICKER, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed

                                        ORDER

A.Muhamed Mustaque, J Having heard the learned counsel on both sides, we are of

the view that there is an element of settlement through

mediation. Accordingly, the parties are directed to appear before

the Mediation Centre attached to High Court on 10.11.2021 at

10.30 a.m. Mediator is also permitted to use electronic medium

to interact with the parties, if necessary.

If there is any inconvenience to either of the parties, that

shall be intimated to the other side in advance.

Post along with the mediation report on 13.12.2021.
