   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 31.01.2019 in
   AS.No.337/2015 of the Court of the Additional District Court-III,
   Thiruvananthapuram,pending final disposal of this Regular Second Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

Passing of final decree pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 31.01.2019 in AS.No.337/2015 on the file of the Additional District Court- III, Thiruvananthapuram, arising from the judgment and decree dated 30.05.2008 on the file of the Principal Munsiff Court,Nedumangad stands stayd for a period of three months.
