 WPC NO.24206 OF 2021
                                  3

                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 05th day of November, 2021

The petitioner was appointed as Upper Primary

School Assistant on 23.06.2016 against a substantive

vacancy. The AEO rejected the application for

approval of her appointment on the ground that there

was no post to approve as there was one division fall

during that year. Contending that the order is

irregular, a revision was filed, which is pending as

Ext.P4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though

the revision was filed on 08.05.2019, the first

respondent has not passed any order on it.

2. After hearing the learned Counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for

respondents 1 to 5, I am inclined to dispose of the

writ petition itself by directing the first respondent to

take up, consider and dispose of Ext.P4 revision on

merits, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,

within a period of three months, from the date of WPC NO.24206 OF 2021

receipt of a copy of this judgment, after giving a

reasonable opportunity of being heard to the

petitioner and sixth respondent, either personally or

online.

The writ petition is disposed of.
