                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator.

The petitioner is conducting his service on the

route Manjeri - Nilambur as ordinary service.

Timings in relation to the petitioner's service was

fixed as early as on 09.10.2012. In view of the

change in circumstances, the petitioner seeks for

revision of timings. He has submitted Ext P2 request

in the said regard before the respondent.

Petitioner seeks for an expeditious consideration of

the same.

Without expressing anything on the merits, writ

petition is disposed of directing the respondent to

consider Ext P2 request for revision of timings and

pass appropriate orders with due notice to the

petitioner and other affected parties, as

expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a

period of two months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
