          VILAKKUPATTATHIL, RAILWAY STATION P.O, PUNNAKUNNAM MURI, KUTTAPUZHA
          TALUK, THIRUVALLA TALUK, THIRUVALLA-689 111.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:

          MR. NINAN KURIAN, AGED 52 YEARS, SON OF SRI. KURIAN, AMPRAYIL HOUSE,
          NADUVILLE MURI, THALAVADY P.O, THALAVADI VILLAGE, ALAPPUZHA-689
          572.

         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of Judgment dated 02-03-2020 of the Rent Appellate Authority Pathanamthitta
   in R.C.A No. 17 of 2018 as well as the order dated 30-07-2018 of the Rent
   Controller, Thiruvalla in R.C.P No. 23 of 2014 pending the final disposal of
   the Rent Control Revision.

        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 26.02.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S ANIL S.RAJ,
   SHIBU JACOB, K.N.RAJANI, RADHIKA RAJASEKHARAN P., ANILA PETER, C.PRABITHA
   & SAJEN THAMPAN, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.P.B.SAHASRANAMAN
   AND T.S.HARIKUMAR, Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

Interim order is extended by two months, on condition that the petitioner-tenant shall pay arrears of rent as on date, within a period of three weeks, and shall continue to pay monthly rent for the subsequent period, without any default, during the pendency of this revision.
