                                  ORDER

Petitioner is the first accused in C.P. No. 12/2021 pending

before the Judicial First Class Magistrate - II, Hosdurg where

offence under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 308 read

with 149 of the Indian Penal Code is alleged against him. It is a

crime of the year 2020. The petitioner is abroad and now he intends

to come down and wants to surrender. This Crl. M.C. is filed to

direct the jurisdictional court to enable him to surrender and to

consider his bail application on the very date of surrendering.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the

learned Public Prosecutor.

3. The petitioner shall surrender before the Judicial First

Class Magistrate - II, Hosdurg within two weeks from today, after

giving advance notice to the Prosecutor concerned. If he moves an

application for bail, that shall be considered on the very day of

moving the same.

Crl. M.C. is disposed of as above.
