     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to enlarge the time
granted by this Hon'ble Court for a further period of 3 months.


     This Application coming on for orders on 03/11/2021 upon perusing
the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this
Court's judgment dated 26/08/2021 in WA NO.675/2021 and upon hearing the
arguments of SRI.JOSE KURIAKOSE, Standing Counsel for the petitioners and
of Sri. Elvin Peter, Advocate for the respondents, the court passed the
following:

                                        ORDER

Heard both sides. Sri.Jose Kuriakose, learned Standing Counsel for

the Food Corporation of India, appearing for the applicants in the

I.A./appellants in the W.A. would submit that subsequent to the filing of

this I.A., the applicant Corporation has already passed proceedings dated

12.10.2021 in the matter of consideration of the claim of the writ petitioner

and passed orders thereon in compliance with the directions in the above

judgment, and therefore time extension need be granted only up to

12.10.2021.

In the light of the fact that the applicants have passed orders in the

matter on 12.10.2021, it is ordered that time limit is extended for the

purpose of compliance of directions in the judgment up to 12.10.2021.

With these observations and directions, the above application will

stand disposed of.
