          Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein
   the High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence passed by the
   Fast Track Special Judge , Kozhikode as per Judgment dated
   23.02.2021 in Sessions Case No.530 of 2009 and to grant bail to
   the petitioner/appellant in relation to the above case pending
   disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   petition           and   this   court's         orders   dated   19.07.2021     and
    01.11.2021 in Crl.M.A.1/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.FIROZ K.M,M.SHAJNA,Advocates for the petitioner and PUBLIC
   PROSECUTOR for the respondent , the court passed the following:
