          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the

   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further

   proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree in O.S.No.172/1998 of the

   Sub Court, Thrissur, till the disposal of the Regular First Appeal.


          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the

   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's

   order dated 29/9/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.P.SAMUEL,

   RUPESH V.R., Advocates for the petitioners and of M/S.MAHESH V.MENON and

   K.M.SHAJI, Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the following:
