                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a Registered Welfare Association by

name Higher Secondary Junior Teachers Federation, which

claim that there are about 7500 junior teachers in the Higher

Secondary Department, when compared with the senior

teachers and their rights have been curtailed from time to

time. A detailed representation was submitted by them

pointing out certain anomalies faced by the high school junior

teachers. The petitioner has approached this court lamenting

that the above representation has not been disposed of.

2. Having considered this, I am inclined to dispose of

the writ petition with a direction that the first respondent

shall take up, consider and dispose of Ext.P1 representation,

as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment, after giving a reasonable opportunity of being

heard to two representatives of the Association, either WP(C) NO. 23856 OF 2021

physically or online.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
