                                        ORDER

Notices before admission to the sole respondent in these two cases

have been taken by Sri.A.Arjun, learned Public Prosecutor authorised to

appear for the respondent National Investigating Agency (NIA).

2. Sri.Nireesh Mathew, learned Advocate appearing for the

appellants in these cases, would strongly and fervently urge that the

matter in issue is fully covered in favour of the appellants in terms of

Annexure A common judgment dated 18.2.2021 rendered by this Court

in Crl.Appeal No.826 of 2020 and connected appeals and that disposal

of these cases may not be delayed as the matter in challenge is rejection

of Bail Application.

3. Having regard to the said submission, the learned Public

Prosecutor will get specific instructions in the matter and particularly

on the abovesaid plea that the matter in issue in these cases are covered

by Annexure A judgment. Both sides should be prepared to facilitate

final disposal of the Crl.Appeals as the matter is in relation to bail plea.

4. The Registry will show the name of Sri.A.Arjun, learned

Public Prosecutor for the respondent NIA in the cause list.

List the case in the admission list on 9.6.2021.
