                                       JUDGMENT

Petitioner, who is a Pharmacist and Vice President of Kerala Private

respondent to declare private community pharmacists, like the petitioner, as frontline

workers fighting the pandemic COVID-19 and for a direction to consider

administering vaccine to such persons on priority basis.

Government has in G.O(Rt)No.1102/21/H&FWD dated 19.05.2021 declared various

staff of the shops providing essential supplies are included as Sl.No.25 in this order.

The petitioner being a Pharmacist, who is a staff in a medical shop, would come

under the said category.

Recording the above submission of the learned Government Pleader, the writ

petition is closed.
